Last night I took part to a concert at the Marquee with Modeste Hugues' band. Finally Modeste's debut album has been released. The last track on the album, called Zanakao Rafoza', features Your Truly on slide guitar and backing vocal.  The song has been played on BBC Radio 2 by Charlie Gillett, and on the World Service in Africa and Asia. For more info check out www.modeste.co.uk. The song's been recorded live at the Kashmir Klub during an unplanned and unrehearsed session last December. Fortunately the reels were rolling!
